SEVENTHBATCH ;D
Come on people ! We can do much much more better that what we did today ! We're still improving ehhs .
NDP training today was 'slack' . Our drills isn't up to standard yet but we're improving . We ourselves should know our standard and what are our expectations from our dearest CIs , SIRs , MDMs and our 6th batch NCOs .
We're improving i guess . Give us more time to pratice and i think we'll do better than what our officers and NCOs expect us to . Right people ?
Put in more effort to come for all parades and we'll train together as a squad ;D
Talked and discussed about our squad just now with those NCOs which are there with us on how to unite our squad . And the conclusiong was that , we'll have to improve on our attitudes first . We can do it ehhs ! We'll impressed our NCOs !
